The yearly price is two months cheaper than paying monthly. Prices are in euros and exclude taxes; VAT is added on the invoice where it applies. See Invoices and VAT.
Included OCR pages and AI credits
Each licence comes with about 10,000 OCR pages and €20 of AI credits per month. They are pooled across everyone in your organization, so one heavy user can draw on what the others did not use. A document that is fully machine-readable when you import it (a PDF with text on every page) skips OCR and does not count. When a document needs OCR, all of its pages count. What a licence covers
- A licence, or seat, is for one named person. Each person who uses the add-in needs one.
- An owner or admin who only manages billing or users can be invited without product access. They do not take a seat.
- One licence can be active on two devices at the same time, for example a laptop and a remote desktop.
Buy licences yourself
An owner or admin can subscribe from Billing in the dashboard, for 1 to 100 users. Pick Monthly or Annual, set the number of users, then click Subscribe now, or Start free trial if your firm has not used its trial yet.

Contact sales if you need:
- more than 100 users,
