Manage or cancel your subscription

Add or remove seats, update payment details and cancel your Blast Audit subscription from the Billing page and the Stripe customer portal.

You manage your subscription from Billing in the Blast Audit dashboard. Only owners and admins of your organisation can open it. Anyone else sees Owner or admin permissions required and needs to ask an owner or an admin.

Add or remove seats

  1. Open Billing and go to Seat management.
  2. Change Seats to bill.
  3. Click Add seats or Reduce seats, check the summary, then confirm.
ChangeWhen it is billed
Add seatsToday, on a prorated invoice for the rest of the period.
Reduce seatsFrom your next invoice. The current period is not refunded.

You cannot go below the number of people using a seat. The page then asks you to disable or remove users first. In Users, open the person and turn off Product access, or click Remove from organization.

From the dashboard you can buy up to 100 seats. For more, contact sales.

Payment details and cancellation

Open customer portal, on the Billing page, opens your subscription in Stripe, our payment provider. You manage your payment details there and cancel the subscription.

To cancel:

  1. Open Billing and click Open customer portal.
  2. In the portal, cancel the subscription. It is cancelled at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.

A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time. A yearly plan is a commitment for the year. Either one renews automatically until it is cancelled. The portal cannot pause a subscription: you can cancel it, and subscribe again later.

Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it or in the narrow cases set out in section 2.5 of the Terms and Conditions.

No Open customer portal button? It only appears when your organisation has a paid plan. If Billing shows Choose a plan instead, there is no subscription to cancel and nothing will be charged. A free trial without a payment method ends by itself.

If a payment fails

Access to Blast Audit can be suspended until the payment goes through. Update your payment details in the customer portal, or write to us from Help on the Blast Audit tab in Excel.

Close your account

Cancelling stops billing. It does not delete your account. See Close your account.
