• Apply changes automatically now skips the card: If you turned this setting on, the agent writes values and formulas to cells without a confirmation card. Each turn keeps a one-click Undo. Scripts, charts and the other changes listed under the setting still wait for your click.

Security & Reliability

• Document reading stays in the EU: AI document reading runs on Azure OpenAI in the EU Data Zone. Blast Audit deletes document content automatically after processing; the Privacy Policy describes the cases where Microsoft may keep data on its side. Text recognition also runs in the EU, unless your organization uses its own Azure key, and Blast Audit asks Microsoft to delete each result as soon as it has read it.
