The free trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. An owner or admin of your firm starts it in the dashboard, then invites colleagues from the Users page.
Start the trial
- Create your account and enter your firm's name. See Create your account and sign in.
- On Start your 14-day trial, tick I accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Click Start 14-day trial. If a Stripe page opens to confirm the trial, it does not ask for a card.
- The dashboard shows Your trial is active. If you started from Excel, go back to Excel: the Blast Audit pane refreshes in a few seconds. Otherwise click Open the add-in to install it. See Install the Excel add-in.
What the trial includes:
- Every feature of the single Blast Audit plan.
- One seat, for you.
- An email 3 days before the trial ends.
- Nothing is billed until you choose a plan.
Each firm can use the trial once. If the billing page says Trial already used for this organization, choose a plan or contact us.
Only an owner or an admin can start the trial. A colleague who is neither sees An organization owner or admin needs to activate Blast Audit in the add-in.
Invite your team
Only owners and admins can open the dashboard and invite people.
- In the dashboard, open Users and click Invite people.
- For one person, stay on Single invite. Enter their Work email and choose a Role:
- Owner: full access to billing, seats and users.
- Member: uses the add-in, no admin rights.
- Leave Product access on if the person will use the add-in. This invitation will use one seat. Turn it off for someone who only manages billing or users: they get admin access with no seat.
- Click Send invite. Blast Audit sends them an invitation email.
To invite many people at once, switch to Bulk upload, click Download template, fill in the email and role columns, then upload the CSV and send the invitations.
Pending invitations are listed under Pending invitations. An invitation with product access holds a seat while it is pending.
Seats during the trial
Your trial starts with one seat. Each colleague with product access needs a seat of their own.
An owner or admin can add seats during the trial: open Billing, go to Seat management, set the number of seats and click Add seats. You confirm the change before it applies. If Seat management does not show, or if you are evaluating Blast Audit with several people and want to talk it through, contact us with the number of seats you need.
Keep going after the trial
To keep access without a break, an owner or admin opens Billing before the trial ends and clicks Set up payment. If more than two days of trial remain, they are kept.
If the trial ends without payment, nothing is charged and access stops. The billing page then shows Your trial has ended. Subscribe to keep using Blast Audit. The documents you imported stay in your workbooks: they are saved in the Excel files, not in your Blast Audit account.
